Dr. Glenn Pape, clinic owner and founder, grew up in San Marcos. he attended Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) and graduated from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary medicine in 1978. He has practiced in San Marcos and the surrounding area since his graduation from veterinary school. He opened the practice in 1980 and it moved to its' current location in 1997. Dr. Pape, his wife Barbara, and son Rex are active members of Friedens Church in Geronimo, TX. |

Dr. Meredith Gowens has been with Kings Highway Animal Clinic since her graduation from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2007. Dr. Gowens and her husband Geoff live in nearby New Braunfels. Geoff, also an Aggie, works as an athletic trainer in San Antonio. Dr. Gowens has 2 dogs, George and Gus, and 2 cats, Sealy and Lynx. Dr. Gowens and her husband enjoy spending time with their family, friends, and pets and feel lucky to live and work in such a beautiful part of Texas. |

| Jennifer M. Salls, DVM - Associate Veterinarian |
| Dr. Jennifer Salls joined King’s Highway Veterinary Clinic after graduating from St. Matthews University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She completed her 4th year clinical rotations at Oklahoma State University. Along with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Salls also received her Master’s of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Davenport University. Dr. Salls currently resides in San Marcos with her yellow Labrador Retriever, Tilly. In her free time, she enjoys endurance running, water sports, and riding/showing American Quarter Horses. |

| Kathy Cass, DVM - Associate Veterinarian |
Dr. Kathy Cass grew up in Fort Worth Texas. After completing her degree in Biomedical Science and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University she spent a year at Oklahoma State University participating in a Food Animal Medicine and Surgery internship. After her additional training she joined Pearsall Veterinary Hospital in south Texas working primarily on beef cattle. Following her dream to move to the Texas hill country, Dr. Cass joined King's Highway Animal Clinic in 2011. She enjoys working on cattle, sheep, goats and camelids as well as cats and dogs. While not working, Dr. Cass enjoys listening and dancing to live Texas Country music, spending time outdoors and spending time with the people she loves. |

Nancy Krueger has been an employee of Kings Highway Animal Clinic since 1994 and has enjoyed working with the clinic's clients and her fellow staff members. Nancy and her husband Wayman have 2 children, Westley and Maegan. Westley is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Maegan is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio. Maegan and her husband Brandon just blessed Nancy with her first grandchild, Mylah Kellyn in October.
Nancy's family has a wide variety of animals at their farm/ranch, including several dogs and cats. She has one senior dog, an 11 year old blue heeler as a house pet and a 1 year old blue heeler/border collie cross, who is deaf but very smart. Nancy also has a herd of beef cattle, chickens, Barbado sheep, and raised rabbits for several years as the kids 4-H projects.

Judy Smith has been an employee of Kings Highway Animal Clinic since 1996. Judy has lived in Geronimo for 33 years. Judy is married with 6 grown sons, 6 grandchildren, 3 dogs and 2 cats.
She is a member of Staples Baptist Church and of the Geronimo Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxillary. Judy is also a Pampered Chef Consultant. |

| Kristen has been an employee of Kings Highway Animal Clinic since August 2008. She is a dedicated worker and enjoys working with both large and small animal patients. Kristen is orginally from Houston and has lived in San Marcos, near her family, since 2005. |
