Emergency Services
Daytime Emergencies
Kings Highway Animal Clinic offers daytime emergency and critical care for sick and injured pets. Our diagnostic tools such as laboratory testing, ultrasonography and radiographs allow us to quickly assess your pet's needs and create a treatment plan for your pet.
If your pet is experiencing an emergency during our regular business hours, please call (512) 392-5877 so our staff can prepare for your arrival.
Toxin/Poison Ingestion
If your pet has ingested something potentially toxic or poisonous, we highly recommend contacting an animal poison control center for help and advice. These services are staffed with specialists that can issue advice, and if veterinary treatment is necessary, will consult with your veterinarian in the best course of treatment.
Pet Poison Helpline ($59 consultation fee; includes follow up calls)
(855) 764-7661
*Make sure to have the information of the product your pet ingested (pill bottle, chemical name/concentration, plant name, etc).
