Payment Options
It is our goal to provide the best comprehensive veterinary care available for your pets. We offer several payment options to make the cost of veterinary care manageable for our clients. We will discuss treatment cost and/or provide written estimates prior to beginning treatment, so that you will have an opportunity to review expected charges before treatment has begun.
In order to minimize cost and focus on the needs of our patients, payment is due at the time services are rendered, or at the time of discharge from the hospital. If you have concerns about treatment cost or payment, please discuss this with the veterinarian or technician during your appointment so that we can discuss payment options, or adjust the treatment plan to work within your budget.

Pet Insurance
Pet insurance can be another great option for many pet owners. Please review the links below to learn more:
Most pet insurance companies offer a range of deductible options and each will differ on pre-existing conditions, waiting periods, annual or lifetime deductibles. Most pet insurance policies work by reimbursing the pet owner for covered medical expenses, rather than paying the veterinarian directly (the exception to this is currently Trupanion, who can pay covered expenses directly to us).
We strongly recommend researching multiple plan options before deciding which will be best for you and your pet!
- Trupanion Pet Insurance
- We can provide a free 30-day trial for Trupanion - ask us for details!
- Pumpkin Pet Insurance
